Job Function: Junior Firefighter/Explorer, First Responder, Auxiliary/On Scene Support

Top Issues Facing Responders:: The high level of training that is required before you are hired, I think you should have at least FF2 and an EMT basic before you are able to join a full time FD, then you can go on with more training as you need it.
