Top Issues Facing Responders:: Education. We need to, as a group, pursue upper level education with a gusto. I'm talking about B.A. as as a minimum in business or administrative fields if you are to some day promote to the upper ranks. Right now I would guess that most fire department administrations are playing checkers while city or county administrations are playing chess. We need to level the playing field if we are to be in the game.
