About Me:

Started as a Police Dispatcher (prior to 9-1-1 services in City) 1980-1984. Fire Dispatcher 1987-1996, Secretary to Fire Chief & Office Coordinator 1996-2003, Fire Communications Supervisor, 2004-2007. Relocated to Portland OR, at current, not employed in Public Safety, but is my goal to get back into the "family".

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Just by chance, career advancement at a Police Dept. Became a Police Dispatcher in 1980. Left in 1984, 3 years later reapplied with same City as fire dispatcher......and stayed becaused I loved it.
