Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I am an LPN and wanted to render care not just in the facility but start early care out in the field...of course my husband telling me all his EMS stories peaked my interest too

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Training requirements that are causing us in NY to not be able to gain or retain new members. The amount of hours that is being required of not just new members but older members as well is becoming overwhelming to people.
