To pass the cpat, get a 50 pound vest and find 25 more pounds and start doing the stairmaster. I believe the time needed is around 3:30 minutes. Most people will fail that step. Otherwise a good running / cardio workout should give you the endurance needed for the additional stations. Delete Comment
