Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My dad was on Clarendon Heights Fire Department when I was younger. It was an all Volunteer department and I remember going to all of the family functions. When I was old enough I joined a a cadet. WHen I turned 18 I became a full member. Where I am at now reminds me of those times. Members who are actually committed to their communities, not just here as a job!
