Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Joined the Fire Dept. in 1959. Was the 9th. man hired on the Spring Valley Fire Dept. now called the San Migual Fire Dept.Joined right out of the Marines, just needed a job at the time. Turned out to be a job that I took pried in, and will always think of as the best thing that I did, Still see my brother firefighters often.
