It's the personal satisfaction of knowing the I can or have made a difference in somebody's world, at the worst moment in their life. It's being involved in fire prevention and fire safety at our local school. It getting the hug from a little three year old girl after a 4th of July parade, it having a teenage boy come to you a year after a violent car crash, call you by name even though you don't remember him and he thanks you for helping him that day
