About Me:

Had training on different types of fire engines,pumpers and grass trucks through our 11 county area. Learned how to pull the hoses and hook up to the Hydrants. Have had extracationtraing of person trapped inside vehicles from cars to school buses. Learned how to talk to people to keep them calm duringduring an inncident.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I enjoy helping others whenever I can. I have recently found out
not to many people feel it's worth the time it takes with the constant training to keep up to speed, and the time it takes away from their families. I'm like this as long as our Lord is keeping His hands on my family so that their safe and well,and there's someone out there that could use my help I'm going to be there for that person. It could possibly be another family member a friend or even a total stranger I want to be able to help them in any way I can.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

knowing someone needs my help so I get there as fast as possible.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

In small towns like I live in it so hard to get volunteers. I know some of the larger counties have Jr. Volunteers and we can't even get those.
