About Me:

I started out as a member of the explorer post for the local volunteer fire dept. Had always an interest in rescue services and had considered the US Coast Guard until the fire service came knocking. Joined Cambridge Twp. Fire Dept. (Onsted Fire Dept.) in 1992 and stayed w/ them until 2001/2002. Attended Lansing Community College and recieved Associate Degree of Fire Science Technology in May 1997. Continued involvment in fire service all throughout college. In October of 2000, I was hired as a Firefighter for the City of Adrian. (Just 12 miles from where I grew up). Have been there since. Best Damn Job In The World!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I have always been very interested in "rescue services". Thought about US Coast Guard but then found out a couple buddies had joined the explorer post of our local fire department. I joined up and that was it- I was hooked!

Why I Love Fire/EMS

The ability to make an immediate difference in somebodies time of need.
