My Training:

Is always on going, deticated my life to education in the Public Service field. I don't believe I could list all the schools/classes and extras that I have gotten over the years. Most people would be a Dr. by now. My search for information will consume me one day, but until then I'll keep passing along valuable lessons learned.

About Me:

I ask alot of questions. I take things personal if I see stupidity on the fire ground. I tend to listen and watch as much as I can so that I may learn from the good and bad and pass along those lessons learned so that mistakes aren't repeated.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined the fire service...hmmm I guess I could give the usual, I wanted to help my community or I want to run into somewhere that people are running out. But that is to easy...so I will give you the straight answer, chicks dig guys in big red trucks, and the free beer and conventions in a close second.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I am able to pass on experience and I learn from every call.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Slow the F@#% Down! Gas prices keeping some Vol. from responding. Ultimately you deside if you feel it is safe to go in or not. Why questions aren't asked of proven leaders. Don't elect because you drink with a person, elect because you know the individual cares about his people and is knowledgable of all aspects on the fire ground. Make insentives for your people who attend training and schools. Follow SOP's/SOG's. GET BACK TO BASICS!
