About Me:

We do alot from fighting fires to medical. We are a real basic department, we don't have alot of special rescue operation programs. We are trying to expand that for us, but as every one knows funding for a department is hard for some.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I got into being a emergency responder after my father had a heart attack. At the time I know CPR but there was more going on that caused the attack. I started as a VFF, and moved on to get my EMT cert. I now plain to get my medic cert so I can do more. I love my job and what I do for other people, it not only benifits my family but others as well.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Just helping others and being in the shit.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Training, lack of knowlege of your own town. Lack of funding to help other departments who cant afford the right equipment to do the job right and safe.
