I am a married man living out my retirement in Sequim Wa. I retired in 06 and am currently raising to school age kids. I lived in Oakdale Ca until my retirement from SJFD than moved to wa state. I retired with several injuries and am now working in a home based business that has saved me.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My original interest for the fire service was the love and thrill of helping people that could not help themselves and were in need of emergency help. I loved the act of being a part of a brotherhood of like minded people that had the I can do spirit no matter what the challenge was. We are unique in that way.
