Why I Joined Fire/EMS
At 16 I enjoyed the training, the camaraderie and the adrenalin rush.
Now, same:-) Also love being able to help people. My 14 year old daughter recently said she wants to be chief when she grows up. I can't wait.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Keeping volunteers and motivation. Small community with few younger people.
