Top Issues Facing Responders:

Firefighter safety (wearing seat belts, proper PPE at calls, etc.)
also I think there needs to be more emphasis on saving ourselves and not just others (IE, bailouts, how to recognize flashover conditions, and knowing when to get the hell out.)
