Other Past or Current Departments and Organizations
Started off about 8 yrs ago at Potomac Hills fire dept in Stafford only volunteered for a short while there, then joined Dale City Fire and Rescue where i went to fire school and got released as a Basic Emt had it not been for Dale City i wouldn't have ever played with fire but i got to ride on and Engine once and after that i like to do both, I then was at Dunfries Triangle for 2 yrs then back to Dale City. Now i have moved to Remington because it's close to my house due to high gas prices i had to volunteer close to home but i still miss all my firends from Dale City and people who taught me the in's and out's of the service i love helping others and serving the commuity.. should try it sometime it's worth it. New news i just got my offer letter from from a paid 911 Service.. more news to come.

About Me:
I started in Ems Eight years ago all by mistake but have loved it ever since i can't work in an office due to my ADHD it's really hard for me to sit still. But i know why i was sent in the direction, my 2 boys were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and well this has helped me to have the medical knowledge to take care of my son's now and when they get older. I love helping others and i am an advocate to helping other disabled people and standing up for them. So dont mess with me! :)
I joined by mistake, I just moved back to Virginia from Oceanside, California and i wanted to be a nurse but the program at Nova had already begun so i took EMT instead and loved it. I have worked for private ambulance services for almost 8 years and also am a volunteer Firefighter. About 3 yrs ago i obtained my Emt-Intermediate, i wanted to get all my basic skills in check 1st makes you a better medic in the long run. I am actully applying for Career postions now and working out 3-4 times a week. I am short but i am strong
