Why I Joined Fire/EMS

when i was a child (5-6 years old) i watched my house burn down. i love in a rual area where there ar not many fires or many firefighters. after that i told myslef i wanted to be one of those breave guys who would run to the fire when everyone else ran away.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

i love the look on peoples faces when you have saved even just a small part of there belonging, a photo of there grandmother or there babys booties. photo albums things that they could not have replaced.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

round here, as i am shure every were else to some degree, on of the hardest parts are the people who are not related to the emergency whofeel that they do not need to move out of your way, but 3 mounths later when they have an emergency they are so upset with you for taking so long to get to there homes.
