About Me:

Ive been in the service for 7 years.... i love it. I try to stay active with the volunteer department, but its hard some time. I have alot of certificates but i believe u learn more from experience then you do siting in a class room. I enjoying working with the new guys at all the places im involved and found myself assisting with the training at the house. I wouldnt trade my job for any amount of money in the world

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Funding.... theres never enough funding for training or equipment. Its hard to keep your guys safe with old equipment, and no training, and its hard to attract new people when your old guys arent happy.
