Why I Joined Fire/EMS

There was a request in the local paper from the assistant chief looking for more firemen.
My mother helped start the local ambulance service and I heard stories of ambulance transfers from her and was interested in joining the ambulance squad.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Being able to give back to the community in a tangiable way.
