Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I grew up around the corner from LA City Fire Station # 63 and would always watch their tiller truck pass by in front of my house just about every day. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world to drive the back of the tiller truck.

Helping people in a time when they are in need.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

The turnover due to retirements and growth of response areas is happening way to fast forcing a lot of inexperienced candidates to move up the ranks faster than they can learn their job.
