It was something I wanted to do from the time I was 8 years old. I remember living in an apartment building with 3 FF's living in the other apartments on my floor. I used to hear there plectrons go off and they all would race each other out of the building. I would then go to a window that faced the main road hoping that the trucks would race by.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I enjoy helping the community that I live in.

Bill, welcome to the Nation. I am glad you dropped in to join the group. Your participation and involvement here is important to us all. Dont be shy just jump in anywhere and get your feet wet. Lots to do, read and be involved with here. You will get out of this what you put into it. Have fun and look around.

Hey Bill,
Welcome to the nation! Glad to have you join us. We uesed to live just east of Doylestown, PA when we first married in Sergeantsville ,NJ. In fact our oldest was born at Doylestown Hosptial soon to be 27 yrs. ago. That part of the country is very scenic. I envy the early warm spring weather you get. Enjoy the FFN, it's a great place to vent, and learn from the experience of others. Stay safe and enjoy the journey! Pete
