Cool, its a great school...I would love to go back there for some training in the future....I went for my other edumication....knew quite a few guys who went there back in the mid 90s....I love that place...
So the job world is ugly! One even after drug testing me decided that I had had too many jobs and therefore wasn't reliable?? go figure. When you work for private EMS contractors and in the "real world", contracts go away and bog companies lay people off, And that made me undesireable. They reposted the job for veterans only. In other words, someones buddy just got out of the service and needed a job. Still have another interview in East Central TX next Monday and we'll see. Still applying for lots of jobs.
Hope everyone is having a good week- it is Wednesday so Happy Hump Day....It looks like I am going to be able to get my EMT basic starting the end of March (found a day class). Busy week with the kids and I wouldn't trade it although it will be nice when the oldest can drive himself in another year. Baseball try outs started this week at the high school and Dairy judging. I hope we win our basketball game this weekend-my youngest plays and I help coach.
I don't know if anyone else was busy on New Years Eve but we sure were in the county. I was able to get in my first big grass fire and loved it..I am wanting more..... Be safe
