Once I got the layout done, I just started going thru the forums & groups, adding them as I went along. I noticed a lot of people & departments are having the same in-fighting & favoritism problems as mine. Plus, I met many interesting people, even from overseas like Germany. I actually started a good friendship with one of the guys from a German department. My suggestion is when you have a lot of time on your hands, go thru the members & add the ones that catch your interest or are close to your area. Then just go from there. Believe me, there is no end to the interesting people & discussions here & they just keep growing.

Check out the some of the Groups, I have started up "Close Calls" an area to tell your story of what you did and should not of so others learn. "Roll Calls" this is another group that allows you to tell us about your station and district. "Trainers Corner" is another area that you can read about issues other trainers have or deal with. As well if your not a trainer you can ask questions or state concerns you have. If you have a hard time locating them just go to my site and look at the bottom left hand corner.
