Hey! Sorry I missed you and the family you were escorting on Sunday! It was a zoo with the President there and we had so many people come this year. I sure would have liked to have met you! What family were you there with? And by the way, that was a nice thing for your family to say. I appreciate hearing the feedback. I think and pray about the families before I write my prayers. Well thanks for that touching commentary(It brought tears to my eyes) And another thing I melt one little helmet and still hear about it almost 20 yrs later(my guys got a kick out of that story).As for making rank remember Im in good old boy country,they have to die or retire for a promotion to open and around here they dont want to do either.I think they are planning my demise to get a Captains opening.

How did you get so many friends from South Carolina?I live here and dont have that many.I think one of us needs a road trip and get together to reminice about the good old days.These young pups we got here now just dont know how to hang like we use too.
