Just keep volunteering and maybe start with a smaller service... they are more likely to hire someone with less experince at first and allow you to grow with them.

Well just got back from vacation this saturday the17th so I guess my wekend was awesome .... went to Vegas baby...LOL but now it is back to the grind ... oh well such is life.... how was your week?

Awesome I have some new EMT's in my dept. and I try to give them the pt. as long as they feel comfortable. I sit (or stand) back and let them have at it. For the most part thry all seem to be reacting very well....... and for extra giggles I make them do the PCR...... LOL makes my paperwork less....... but I am glad your doing well keep it up and remember you make a diffrence in thier lives....

Things out my way have not been so good. We lost a deputy in the county which was also a fire/emt as well. It was a tough week and tough funeral to attend.
