As an explorer,Im the Captain the highest ranking offiecer in our post just like haylee said be as involved that u can u will gain respect and try to be there for everything.monthy meetings, work detail (thats if you our allowed to participate in them)

no problem any time another thing that helped me is every time i was at the station i looked in all the carpartments on the trucks so i would remember where things are then i cleaned the bay floors and took out the trash with out being asked so they have less to do and can relax
