Okay, I found it. Not an easy site to navigate. You'll be dealing with the CPAT. You either have to be way out of shape or trying to fail this thing. Go to youtube and search for "cpat". It should come up with the videos that describe it.

well steve im onboard the uss philippine sea cg-58 right now finishing up my last 7 months in the navy,next july i retire with twenty years in then im not sure what im going to do after that stay safe and merry christmass and have an safe new year
hello steve i as an 20 year engineman and getting ready to retire want to thank you for your service and glad to see the only real rate in the navy on here,rember one thing there is only two rates in the navy that being the boatsenmate and engineers everybody else are just ship riders lol good luck in your carrer choice.
