Thanks ! I have been riding my bike about 8 miles 3 times a week and walking alot. Still have about 25 pounds more to lose. I think at this point, its calorie counting and portion control. I keep working on it.

lifting weights (3) times a week, start out slow, than work your way up.

I have found swimming 2 or 3 times a week also helps. I have lost 10 lbs. in 4 weeks from just swimming.

he should be our age early 40's i went to vo-tec in salina with him in the late 80's that was along time ago he might not be around there anymore
