David,

We make our own power points.  One is an ICS training.  We take pictures of homes and businesses from around the district, add smoke flames with photo shop, and place them in a power point along with fire and MVA photos from other sources. During the training we provide dispatch information, show the pictures and then call on various members to take control of the scene.  They establish command, provide initial size-up and give their strategy for attacking the fire.  Depending on how experienced the IC is we may throw in things like  victims, downed firefighter, and multiple incidents.
