we're getting some of that today too. the wind has picked up and its blowing sand from the beach all over the bay floors and on our cars in the parking lot. a group of girls that use our outdoor shower behind the firehouse have to consantly adjust for the shifting wind and sand so they're using our patio because it has a wall deflecting the wind

sorry i just had to do it. i was a NY FF for a bunch of years before goin south. Please be safe up there i remember what winter ops were like

Its snowing and blowing here like crazy. There predicting close to 2ft of snow possible! The good thing is it likes everyone is keeping there butts at home!

The weather folks say its going to get a lot worse in the next few hours.....I am trying to figure out how much worse it could get.....

Only 1 accident so far......the winds are near 35mph with snow falling....waiting on 10 inches of snow. I feel for our brothers dealing with the ice and snow.....
