Request for donations of old, used, Fire helmets, turnout gears, boots, fire & rescue equipments for the less fortunate volunteer firefighters of the Philippines
Good day to all, In behalf of my Volunteer Firefighter groups here in the Philippines namely "Dee Hwa Liong Volunteer Fire Brigade"( 15 Personnels) & "Guardians Fire & Rescue Brotherhood International Inc." (25 Personnels), would like to appeal for your help, inregarding old used fire helmets, turnout coat & Pants, gloves, hoods, fire boots, and SCBA Packs & Masks that are not in use anymore in your departments and for disposal. We appeal for them as your donation to us to be used here by our volunteer groups in responding to fire & emergency calls. Thank you & God Bless you all. Keep safe everyone.

Our department already does this. We try and send out our gear to smaller countries that need turnout gear when it is o/s here in the states. I think our last stuff went to guatamala or somewhere down there.

Thanks for your response on my blog, we do really appreciate your help my friend. We are under gear hear or lack of PPE to respond to fire calls. I do hope that your Fire Chief would agree to donate the old, used fire gears that are not in use by your dept and for disposal to us here in the Philippines to be put into good use by our volunteer members. I just told my chief because we have alot of used stuff we dont need..cross ur fingers lol
