IFSTA has several online tests, that you can use to prepare you for the tests, they range from FFI to Command Officers, the questions are very similar to the actual tests for the state. But as far as an online test to qualify, probably not, mainly since, there has to be a certified proctor in the same room, the entire time the test is being given. And also, the Proctor has to grade you on the evolutions, after you pass the written. If your department isn't testing anytime soon, or for that matter, a lot of them don't require state cert's. You can contact the agency, that oversees certifications, in you area, they can put you in touch with another department that can test you, either at their own station, or if you have enough FF's that will test, at your own.
If you can't find anyone else to help you, I'd love to go to Florida, this time of year, it's below freezing here right now.
