Notes from a Rookie Firefighter...March 18, 2009

Another day in the life of Denise Broesler.

I have to update everyone on the oil tank possible leaking sump pump broken problem.

The well-known oil company came at 8:00 a.m. and saw no oil in my sump pump and it was heartily working. And he used the stick on my oil tank and I had the same amount of oil.

The insurance adjuster was here at 8:30 a.m. and said the same thing.

The electrician came at lunchtime and replaced the sump pump outlet.

I wonder if I actually had a leak if the first two would have come so early.

I went on a dream interview.

I took web traffic away from a large large mortgage company and got a notice to desist or something. The beauty of it all? I didn't do anything wrong. (I think that is actually a good thing.)

I got 5 offers on my listing and it hasn't been shown yet.

I saw my favorite old-timer at the firehouse today.

And I got a jacket for my Class A uniform that fits perfectly from one of our other firehouses.

And yes, it's only 8:00 p.m.

Ah Chad, get the book The Secret, or the CD. Then your luck has got to change. Have a nice day, Denise
