Unfortunately Dottie that is never easy. You can point out facts and figures, risk v. gain etc etc and they just dont listen. Police, Fire and Education are always the first to be cut. For some reason it is looked at as if "OUR" people are more expendable. Of course the other side of the coin is...Who is expendable? Who's job do we cut? Or hours? or wages? or retirements? No easy answer..Whats the status of layoffs in CM?
