Do Your Response Guidelines Change With An Arsonist On the Loose?

A suburban town has experienced a string of similar suspicious fires in commercial occupancies.

With limited resources, how, or do you, change your response procedures and/or mindset? Answers could be departmentally and/or personally.

No, they department might mention it to all the companies, but no changes.

I believe you have to amp up your overall scene survey and really pay even more close attention to every little detail upon arrival. I think discussions with the members would be crucial. There will be some information that might not be shared with the members but keeping them in the loop would be very important.
