We are workign towards that Carl. Very small dept and most have second jobs. Matter of fact, this dept is MY second job. Work fulltime at another fd.

Make sure you dive as a team at least once a month. If you don't have the support of your department it won't work. Be trained as a team at least to dive rescue.
