Man it seems like ages since I've been to FFN.  The past 3 months or so I haven't been here to see what's going on or keeping up on what the gang has been doing here.  But hopefully I'll be fixing that and rejoining the ranks.

The past few months have brought about many changes.  I've been putting in many hours working EMS and just got hired working part time for another EMS service in a neighboring county. While this is good for the paycheck it does put a crimp into the free time.

Part of the downside of working so much EMS is that I haven't been around as much for our fire department.  While I'm big on commitment and dedication and expect all of our members to be so also, I do realize that sometimes there isn't enough time to go around.  I've still been organizing training sessions for our department and make as many as I can, but have to rely on some of our other instructors to take up some of the slack when I'm out on the truck working.

With the heat wave passing over many of our areas I hope that everyone stays safe and hydrated and I'll catch you all later!
