I have seen the same trend. 4 in January alone. Post holiday season, poor economy, and massive home foreclosures. Saw a thing on the news that some people left notes left behind saying this was the only way out, use the insurance money to save the family home.

The American dream used to be owning your very own home, now they are being boarded up at an alarming rate....
