keep your ears open and your mouth shut, unless you have a question. Any question. Like Robert says practice your skills and when you think you have them mastered practice them more. Good Luck. You can do it.

Practice,Practice,Practice.Go back to your station and practice everything you are learning to help you to know it,get it right and have it come to you naturally.Good luck to you.One other thing.Start working on you cardio fitness if you have'nt already,you'll need it!!!
