There is a site out there that will decrease the amount of time it takes for someone to send information to your entire department, https://www.texcom.com/index.php this site works. At first I was a little skeptical, as in OK something else I have to sign up for, but once I logged on as an administrator for my counties training association and really looked into what its capabilities are WOW. Just for starters its FREE, and its effective. Once logged on as an administrator, you can add training information, SOP/SOG's, send messages to your entire departments personnel, to their e-mail or thier cell phone. That come in handy when you have a rig go out of service. talk to your Chief or your Training Officer and have them check this out.
