Hi im Michael from the Philippines, im a volunteer here in our city. And unlike Volunteers in the US we are not connected with our local fire department.,meaning with the government. We are private own organization, organized by Chinese merchants since 1970's to help protect our city and giving assistance to our local fire department. And we supply our own equipment by ourselves.

Are there any fire departments who has used or surplus fire equipment like turnout gears , SCBA, Tools etc.
