i thought i'd tell a little about myself, i am 33/m/MS. ive been a firefighter/EMR/EMT(now) for 18 years. when i was 15 my girlfriend Tammy on Apr. 4, 1989 was out riding with some friends when the driver lost control of the car, Tammy was riding in the passanger seat and NOT wearing her seatbelt, she hit the windshield and was airlifted to the Medical Center. Tammy was in a coma from that day and had serveral surgeries to relieve swelling on her brain. On Jan. 30, 1990 Tammy died as a result of her injuries that April night. I promised her i would never drink n drive or do drugs of any sort and have kept that for 18 1/2 years. recently i lost a best friend i watched grow up with severe asthma all her life, her name is Anna Kathryn Hamric. she had a fatal Asthma attack on May 22, 2007. i miss them both every single day.
