b>i>Michael Oliver, paramedic with Care Ambulance of Montgomery, Al., Fire Fighter with Pelham Fire Department, of Jefferson County, Al., Died Sunday night, March 23, after suffering fatal injuries in a motorcycle accident on his way to work near Birmingham, Alabama. Mike was also a volunteer fire fighter/medic with Pine Level Volunteer Fire Department, the local fire dept. near his hometown. Mike was an awesome firemedic. And he was the nicest, kindest soul you would ever want to meet. I know people always only have good things to say about the deceased, but all of it is true about Mike. You will not meet a person who has known him to have a bad day or be in a foul mood. He is survived by his parents, two sisters, one brother, and a multitude of neices and nephews. And then there is his fire/ambulance family. I could not even begin to list the names of the people who would have worked with him along the way in his career. He will be greatly missed and I pray for the Oliver family and hope you will too.
