Okay, so this may not be my very first blog...just my first one on here. Those that have been to my MySpace site know that I do blog on occasion. Just not too often.

Right now, I'm a volunteer here in southern Indiana. I've been in 7 years and I'm currently trying to go career but as some of you already know, its pretty well easier said than done. All the testing and yadda yadda yadda. Anyway, regardless of where I end up, I'd like to get in on a Truck Company (Open'er Up Truck!!!).

I'm 23 y/o male trapped in a 8-5 job that I hate. Outside of work though, I have a wonderful girlfriend who supports me 1000% and a crew of friends that are the best anyone could ask for. They'd do anything for me (except maybe a call in the middle of the night because I was SUPPOSED to be the designated driver), and in return I'd do anything for them.

My family is the best in the world. My father is the reason I got into the fire service to begin with. He's in the middle of his 26th year on our department and currently serves as our safety officer. He's good at it too...he wont hesitate to jump his own son (probably a little self-interest going on there, after all, I AM the only son here and he'd have to answer to mom!) Speakin of mom, I cant say enough about her. About the time dad started slowing down with the fire department, here I come hard-charging into the fire service and now she's right back to worrying. Between her and grandma, I dont know whos worse lol. Regardless, I love'em all.

Well, thats pretty much the skinny on me. Nothin too special but different none-the-less. I'll be posting more in the future as well as puttin more pics up. Everyone take care, stay low and let'er blow!!
