I agree....and it also covers an area that would be otherwise blank....it would be better to have burger tosser mentioned than to have a period of time that is unaccounted for in your employment history...Building construction is included in every class that you might take in the fireservice so why not mention it..?....Good luck.........Paul

I'd say yes- it highlights a background that is relevent to the fire industry because you understand building construction, tools of the trade, building codes, etc.
