Always ready to help. This pretty quick and easy.

1 lb. ground beef ( you can use deer meat if you like) browned and drained.
1 8 oz. pkg velveta block or slices
1- 12 oz pkg egg noodles cooked according to directions and drained.
1 sm. cam cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion chopped and added to hamburger during browning.
1 cup milk

Mix all ingrediants together and warm over med heat stiring until cheese is melted. Serve .You can add steamed broccolli , or try with cooked rice instead of noodles.

This one is quick and easy, check out my blog for it and others.
Cube Steak and Rice
4-6 Cube steaks
1 package of Onion soup mix (Lipton’s work the best)
4 cups of water
2 cups of Instant Rice
2T of oil

Start with a large skillet turn the burner on Medium High, add oil and Cube steaks cook on each side for 2 minutes, and add 2 cups of the water and the soup mix (the water should cover the steaks if not add enough water to cover) Stir the mix and let that come to a boil cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Uncover and remove Steaks to a serving plate.
Turn the heat up and add 2 more cups of water to the skillet and bring that to a boil, add the rice and stir. Cover and Remove from heat wait 5 minutes and then plate.
Server with a light vegetable and Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Severs 4 people.
