So, I just passed my rider's test for 2 of our engines, and I'm already getting the "you're at the station more than you're home" and "I think you care about the station more than you do us". Just wondering if any of you guys have encountered this....and some advice? Yeah, I am down at the station alot. I like it. I think I've found what I'm supposed to do....and I want to be at the station as much as I can....but I don't want to push people away.

I like to call it work life balance, it's a double edge sword you need to train to be ready, but you need to play to stay sane. only you can decide where you are in your training and then you need to play. its a struggle we all deal with. peace brother you will figure it out. happy holidays Chief
