Well howdy do!
And so begins another trip on this beast called the internet...
Yes, im the rookie to the site, and a rookie to the hall. The firehall has always been my home, being raised there and looking to everyone like family. Finally got the chance to join the explorer post came around and i go nuts.. Then i turn 16 and the fun really began. Now im taking the big classes, working my ass off, shinning trucks, cleaning floors, putting up christmas lights, running calls, going to EMT and fire classes. Its a great place to live...

Thanks to the state lower the age for classes we started a program to get younger people in. The idea being that you can get people in, get the classes out of the way before college and work really started getting in the way and hopefully keep more people involved

I would have to agree with that but i had to be 18 to join my fire department
