1st, welcome to this site. Second, to post a comment just go to someone's page and you will see a section for posting comments. Or if you want to comment on someone's blog, there is basically the same there. Myself I think I finally figured out what I need to figure out about this site. Any other questions fill free to give me a shout, I'll help if I can. Again, WELCOME!!
