What a weird experience! The movie is very cute - your typical, run of the mill Disney film. However, it was shot right here in Rhode Island. Being a theatrical-type person, I am used to seeing people I know on the screen. So I saw the usual extras and some folks from Trinity Rep... but then...

Then there was the fire scene at the "Center for Growth Research" (which is actually a nasty looking building in downtown Providence not far from the North Main Street firehouse). Jim Belushi is standing there surrounded by firefighters... ACTUAL Providence Firefighters... ones that I know!

It was awesome. I'm very proud of My Guys! What an honor to be there for their Silver Screen debut! Okay, it was a white screen. Big deal. I'm still proud of them! :-)
